Kuishi Smart is a Canadian non-profit organization located at 40 Sylvain Valley, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is responsible for the information collected through this website. For any question: info@kuishismart.org or +1 647 528 6034.

Contact form: your name, email, country or region, the reason for your request, the service or package you are interested in and your message.

Newsletter: your email and the site language, only after you confirm your subscription through the link sent by email.

Audience measurement, only if you accept it: pages viewed, visit length, device type and approximate country, in statistical form.

Preferences: language (NEXT_LOCALE cookie), light or dark theme and your cookie choice (your browser's local storage).

The form is not meant for health information. Please do not include a diagnosis, treatment or test result. This information is collected during consultations, in accordance with the rules governing dietetic practice, including Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004 (PHIPA).

To answer your requests, arrange an appointment or a partnership, send you the newsletter if you asked for it, and improve the site based on overall statistics. We do not sell any information and we do not run targeted advertising.

We collect this information with your consent. You can withdraw it at any time: the unsubscribe link in every newsletter, the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or a simple email to info@kuishismart.org.

Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) delivers contact form messages and manages the newsletter.

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) measures site audience, only if you accept it.

YouTube (Google LLC) hosts our videos. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you start a video, and the player uses the youtube-nocookie.com domain.

Google Cloud hosts the website.

These providers may process information outside Canada, including in the European Union and the United States, where it is subject to local laws.

Contact form requests are kept as long as needed to answer them and follow up on our exchanges. Your email stays on the newsletter list until you unsubscribe. Audience statistics are kept for up to 14 months.

The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to the requests we receive is limited to the team members who need it to reply to you.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent. Write to info@kuishismart.org; we reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).

We may update this policy. The date of the latest version appears at the top of this page.
